Delete personal user account
Directly in the app
Open More > Account & Privacy > Delete Account. Confirm the deletion with your current password and the confirmation text displayed. The app will then log you out on all devices.
Without app installed
Send your deletion request from the work email address of your Klarvexo account info@sc-v.de. State your company or work area and username, but no password. We check your authorization via a separate confirmation channel before deleting data.
What is deleted or anonymized
Active sessions, push associations, team memberships, personal shares and filters are removed. Personal master data are anonymised. Project, task, time, transaction, communication and audit histories required by law or business operations may be retained without your former name. Details are provided in the Privacy Policy.
If you are the last active administrator of a company area, another administrator must first be designated. A request to delete the entire company area will be examined separately.
