The months are target periods, not binding delivery dates. The scope and order may change due to testing, customer feedback and external approvals. Planned features are not yet generally available.
V2 in everyday work
Fewer steps in the project
Simplify existing processes in project records, material planning and scheduling. Feedback from daily use is included.
Pace and orientation
Further improve loading times for large inventories and make it easier to get started with concrete workflows and help.
Microsoft 365 & Google
Connect company mailboxes directly
Prepare the connection of Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace mailboxes for different customer companies and test them with approved test accounts.
Shared mailboxes
Try out Microsoft Team mailboxes, attachments and sent comparison. Activation only follows after provider approval and successful acceptance.
We will continue the setup in November. Public release also depends on Microsoft and Google.
Continue working mobile in a team
iOS and Android together
Further align the native apps for tasks, assignments and time tracking. New mobile features will be tested together for both platforms.
Warehouse processes on the go
Refine scanning, issuing and return processes in practical use, with a particular focus on feedback, clarification cases and safe repetitions.
Store publications require joint acceptance and the respective store check.
Stage plan & technical planning
Design more precisely
Further expand drawing tools, working planes and the entry of lengths and angles in the stage plan.
Better pass on plans
Expand saved views and controlled drawing outputs. Technically check a clearly delineated DXF/MVR exchange.
The planned data exchange is initially a technical test, not a promise of complete CAD compatibility.
Better overview of finances
Check bank connection
Prepare the connection to a regulated banking provider and test the reconciliation of incoming payments with open invoices.
Evaluate project costs
Supplement existing calculations and subsequent calculations with clearer comparisons of planned and actual material, personnel and third-party costs.
A bank connection depends on the provider, contract and approvals. Automatic payments are not part of this plan.

Further develop project templates, tasks and release steps based on real processes, from inquiry to completion.
Practical test & next stage
Check end-to-end operational processes with pilot users, prioritize feedback and derive the next roadmap from it.
The base is there
Today in Klarvexo
V2 is already the standard interface. Projects, materials, personnel and tasks are part of the existing product. The roadmap describes the next expansions.
